Commuter Runs
Coaches: Cavalier operates luxury commuter coaches equipped with upholstered seats, wheelchair lifts, restrooms, luggage storage and other amentities. Our commuter coaches are also ADA accessible.
Bus Stops: Coaches may stop at any safe location along the route. Riders should signal the bus driver by waving, and must be clearly visible. However, posted bus stops are conveniently located along the route and, whenever possible, riders are requested to wait at a posted stop.
Parking: Parking is available to commuters at the parking garages on Granger Blvd. in Marlborough, and many other locations along the route.
Service Problems: Cavalier Coach Co. and the MBTA are working together to ensure that you have a safe, reliable and comfortable ride. Please contact Cavalier Coach or MBTA Customer Relations at 617.222.5215 to report problems. This service is being operated by Cavalier Coach Corp., under contract to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
Conduct: Alchohol may not be consumed aboard our vehicles. Disorderly passengers will be requested to leave the vehicle.

Tickets may be purchased from the bus driver. Commuter tickets are sold at a discount rate.
We accept Commuter Checks.
Commuter Checks are vouchers that are redeemed for bus tickets. They are provided tax-free by employers in amounts up to $100 per month. Commuter Checks are an employee benefit.
